Redlands Farm

Hunter Price have successfully negotiated planning approval and listed building consent for the conversion and extension of two existing farm buildings into two 3-bed residential units with garages; conversion of the Grade II listed barn into a 4-bed residential unit with ancillary accommodation and garage in a detached annex following demolition of the existing machinery barn, sheds and outbuildings.

The farm buildings are within the cutilage of Redlands Farm, a medieval timber framed hall house with a crown post roof dating back to 1521. The barn is a fine building of five bays in good condition, probably late sixteenth century.

We were able to demonstrate to the local planning authority that this significant development of redundant farm buildings would have no adverse impact on the green belt or the setting of the historic buildings.
