Introduction


Andrew Hunter and John Price formed the practice over twenty years ago. Early work included a number of large country houses and some major projects related to the horseracing industry. A wide range of commercial and healthcare projects have also been completed.

Conservation
Andrew has a post graduate qualification in Building Conservation from the Architectural Association and has a portfolio of projects involving listed buildings and Conservation Areas.

Law
In addition to architectural qualifications John holds a law degree and acts as an expert witness in construction disputes using his practical knowledge of building construction and construction contracts.

Recent projects
Recent projects have been primarily in the residential and conservation sectors, particularly involving negotiations with local planning authorities to achieve successful planning approvals.

Aim
Our aim is to provide clients with well designed buildings, within budget and completed on time. New clients are encouraged to call or email for an initial consultation.
